My paternal grandfather had 2 sons and 2 daughters. After his death in 2010 all the property was divided among the 2 sons and the sisters signed " No Claim" documents over a 100 rupee stamp paper. My father passed away in 2014, Now both sisters of my father are reclaiming all properties and want equal division. What options do I have now? I am Hindu by religion

Whatever claim regarding your deceased grandfather intestate property is concerned, if agreed and relinquished by your father’s sisters in your father’s favor, neither they nor their daughters or sons shall make any claim afterwards. Especially when the shareholder who has relinquished her rights to your father and released her share in your father’s favor by a registered deed is living now, she will not have any more rights.
