Procedure to raise a succession request in court

I am only son of my parents with 3 sisters . 2 sisters are married and settled and 1 sister is a divorcee with son who receives maintenance and is working .My father died without a will . There is a situation on how the property would be split. The divorcee sister has been living with father in his home throughout his life and her and his son expenses were all paid by my father. Do I inherit the fixed and all liquid asset . Do I need to raise a succession request in court .

If you all siblings could sit together and solve the property distribution without any dispute then there is no need to go for succession. However, let the document be registered to avoid future dispute . This is also not necessary if none of you have deep faith on each other. However, if anyone of you disputes then succession certificate is must .
