Please help me identify whether it is Balcony issue or Municipal Issue

1. Sir, Neighbor has place court case against the our new constructed home balcony (2ft.), actually he has a balcony(3ft.) on road wider than us. 2. Jaipur Municipal also place court case agst the construction of balcony and material which was spreed near home. kindly suggest in the both situations , construction now completed and road is clean, court issue warrant with bail if not present in court pls help or suggest.
Please consult personally with all the documents. You should appear before the court and should have replied. We can do this now.

If ur balcony is coming under ur neighbour house then it's a neighbour case nd if nt then its a municipal issue... If service of bail warrant is completed nd u were absent in court then court will issue arrest warrant.. If service of bail warrant is pending then again court will issue warrant.

Your matter comes under irregular construction not illegal construction.balcony of 2 feet can be regularise on certain regularisation fee.normally at first instance courts avoid issuance of bailable warrant.its advisable to appear in court and participate in proceedings.
