Person filed false case on me for probation fake will

Respected Sir, My family have a agricultural Land in our Village. This land registered on the name of my grandmother. she died in 1993. she made a will on my name about all her properties in 1990 . I have no an dispute with anybody in my relationship. A person of our village says that he has an agreement of this property with my father & my father's sister of the year 1993. The case of this agreement is running in civil court. They also case on me about my will but this case is dismissed by the judge.The filed a FIR against me , my father & my Bua. We all are on Bail now. We also applied for the quashment of FIR. Please suggest me that what can I do after the quashment of FIR
Once the quashing is done and allowed by the hon'ble high court. You can file a case of defamation against the person for insulting you and your family along with damage to the reputation. Why did the person file FIR against you?

You have the will in your favor and the will stands proved in the court as you said that the other party challenged the will but the case was dismissed. therefore, you can also sue them for filing false cases against you. Apart from that, you can get quashing of FIR , which is likely to go in your favor, you can get FIR against them for giving false informations to the police (about the agreement to sell by your father and bua). you can file a representation to the police to Register FIR against them and also to file proceedings (kalandra Under section 182 of Cr, P.C.) against the other party. you can also file civil and criminal cases against the other party seeking damages and compensations.
