Ownership granted via VF6 form but Officers are not giving us papers

12-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
We are a muslim family, one survey number is our grandfathers and it has been fradulently taken by other person, a part of that land was transferred to him in late 1960's and the remaining is still in my grandfathers name, but that person took whole land on his name, we followed all the procedure to get back possession of the land and we got a VF6 entry number ( locally known as Kachi entry in Gujarat ) . It is said after the registration of Vf6 entry no we get land ownership in 1 month, but its been 2 months and when we tried to contact the local authority ( e dhara ) they say it cant be processed further in your name, despite following all procedures and Paying all legal fees, please advice me on what to do next ?

You should give application under RTI act for your land 7/12 and 6/A from 1951 to till date.
If still they are not giving you then you ask a document which attached with entry.
Last remedy is going court.
