No parking allotted to neighbors using our parking place

Dear Sir., I bought a flat from the first owner with 1 reserved covered car Parking. Neighbor usually parks his 2 wheeler's in front of my Car.he has no car parking allotment. Since no car was parked in other slots it was not disturbed me during the last 5 years. Now the other car parking occupied and i am unable to take my car. As per Neighbor, common Space can be used to park 2 wheeler and bi-cycles. however as per the Agreement, Two wheeler Parking was not assigned to anyone. Neighbor was not agreeing any request made by me and he has locked his bike after parking. Please guide me
Hope you have a registered flat owners association functioning in your apartment?
Your car parking area cannot be encroached by your neighbor for any reason.
If he has to prk hi two wheeler he has to make his own arrangement or he can ask the secretary to allot him with a car parking
If the secretary is not making any effort to resolve this issue, you may consult a local lawyer and issue a legal notice to the neighbor and endorse a copy to the secretary, instructing the neighbor to not use the space of car parking allotted to you to park his vehicle.
If the issue is not getting solved then you may opt for legal action against the neighbor as well as the secretary.
