Mother in law sold property registered will bequeathed by grandmother

04-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
My mother living with her son and one sister(widow-no children) . Elder son left the house in 1999 and is living independantly. My father is no more and earned no property in his name. My mother sold her property as per registered will bequeathed by my grandmother in 2016 and settled a consideration amount Rs.2 lacs to 2 daughters and 1 son who are living independantly. Now my mother says that remaining cash out of the sold price of the property will be reserved to his only son with whom she is living. Can I claim anything after my mother's death? 2 sons + 3 daughters to my mother. Advise me

If she has executed a will and she has written the clause as mentioned by you then you cannot claim any right in the share which your mother wants to give it to someone. It is her property/money and it is her wish to give it someone and not you.
