Mother gave property on my name will it go back to her on my death

my mother has settled an irrevocable property on my name. It is currently used by her and can be used by me only after her death. Will the property go back to my mother or my wife, incase of my death?

If the property has been transferred on your name by executing a registered settlement deed in your favor by retaining the lifetime rights in it, then your mother shall be entitled to lifetime rights in the property which cannot be snatched from her.
However, to your question, though your mother shall vested with the lifetime rights in the property the ultimate owner shall be you hence in the event of an unforeseen incident in your life,, then the property shall devolve equally on your own legal heirs and they shall be entitled to the rightful share in the property after the lifetime of your mother.
