Minor's right on sold property

Person A sold a property to B. Then person B sold a property to C. Now, person A has 4 children out of which 1 is minor. Can that minor claim in this property in future from C. All people except that minor has signed in the registration papers.

If the property sold by A is his self acquired property then there is no right of the son of A on his property and cannot challenge such sale in future.
