Sir I have plot which is not reserve for hospital in cidco n Naina project near Navi Mumbai which is in residential area on that plot can I start hospital which is commercial activity
In order to build a commercial hospital on residential land you'll have to take the needed permission from the Maharashtra govt. and navi mumbai development authority.
