Land registration document rectification of measurements

In 1982 land of 423.5 square yards registration done to me by janakamma, in the document 4 sides measurement of plot is not mentiond but only total area is mentioned. But in 1980 janakamma has done the agreement on bond paper which has 4sides measurement and also total area 423.5 sqyds.
My question is - by mistake i did not consider the agreement copy done to janakamma and i have done gift deed to my kid minor with different measurements. Can i rectify the registration document with actual measurements in which janakammas agreement has.
Note - janakamma agreement is on bond paper but not registered .can i get that registered and go for rectification of measurements in the registration document.
Yes, you can get ractification deed made for the same as it was a bonafied mistake. A rectification deed (also referred to as confirmation deed/correction deed) is a supplementary document meant to rectify errors of a factual or typographical nature in the original deed. Do note that rectification deeds cannot correct mistakes pertaining to law.
