Land gifted to Panchayat can be used for Agricultural purpose

We gifted a land of 7ft breadth and 125metres length to panchayat.But we have neithe sold the land or used our land for building purposes.My question is Whether i can get the land given to panchayat since we can't get any approval for plots?We can use it for agriculture purpose as done earlier?
If you have gifted the property to the panchayat by executing a registered gift deed, you cannot cancel the gift deed or use the land transferred to the Panchayat for your own purposes without the permission of the Panchayat.
Once you have executed a gift deed, it cannot then be altered or cancelled unilaterally by the donor.
