Is it possible to transfer joint tenancy

My brother and mother have Joint Tenancy on the house, and they live in it. I am in the USA and my mother wants to transfer her share of the house to me is it possible without involvement of my brother
Yes, it is possible, but the transfer deed needs to be drafted technically. Every comma and full stop matters. The deed of transfer must cover each and every aspect. It needs to be vetted properly.
