I worked as agent for real estate dispute between builders what to do

I worked as an agent for a real estate company. They use to take marketing or JV of township, now they r having issues between them so till now no registry and no development, in some site TNCP also needs to b renewed, my client and i feel helpless, plz guide
You can file complaint of cheating against him for not handing over the possession. Also, you can send him a legal notice asking for payment of amount that you have paid to the builder. If the builder doesn't reply to the legal notice, you can file case before the consumer forum claiming for return of the amount along with compensation for delay and mental harassment.
