I am UK citizen how can I inherit my fathers property in India

whats the legal position in terms of inheritance of fathers and grandfathers land from India region for a UK citizen. what is the best way and solution to identify records of the land in terms of tracing back purchased land by my father any form of transition dates which have taken place in terms of change of names or papers and finally the demographics with land size. and any legal advice on family members manipulating land documentation for personal gain many thanks

It may be a tough job but not impossible, we can find land record detail from office of Land Record Officer who is known as Tehsildar. after that we are to search for all the mutations to check all the transfers. we shall have to check land record since long back, may be as long as 50 year back or even more.
if the property situate in Rajasthan, we can do it for you.
First we come to know about property numbers and property record then it will start legal proceedings.
For all these, you need not come to India.
