Husband invested in laws property now they are selling it what share

We are Hindu. we have a house property that is named at my father in law's name but the money is invested by my husband. Now that property is being sold how much percentage of amt we can claim in that?

As the property is in the name of the your father in law I.e. father of your husband. Whether he has invested in the property or not you have no share in the property if they are selling the property. You may claim your share in the property by filing a petition in the court by proving the requisite facts. You can also speak to your father and ask for your share as well.
