How to transfer the title of my flat to my father

Hi, Currently I co own a flat with my wife. The loan is ongoing and I am paying emi. Now we both want to change the ownership to my father (I will continue to pay emi) Please let me know procedure to do the same.
You can transfer the ownership of the flat in your father’s name through a registered gift deed.
