How to initiate action against RTI officer for not giving information

1)if anyone's house is in my land then, how should i remove it legally??? 2)if Right to Information Officer does not provide me details that are been asked , then how can i take action on him?
1) You can file suit for mandatory injuction with suit for possession if already constructed on your property and if construction is still going on then you can file suit for permannent injuction in civil court.
2) You can file a RTI online on the official website. Also, you can file a writ petition of Mandamus in High Court under Article 228 of Indian Constitution.
