HOW TO INITIATE ACTION AGAINST ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION ?

Sir/Madam I have purchased a land adjacent to my house property and I am having possession of the sale deed of the said land, whereas my neighbours are involved in the illegal construction of shade to park their car in my property which belongs to me. I have legally purchased the land and the mutation procedure is underway. Kindly suggest how to stop the encroachment on my land.Your advice, in this case, will be highly appreciated.Thank You
If you have purchased the property from its rightful owners, whether the mutation is complete or not it doesn't make a difference. You need to file a civil suit seeking injunction against the trespassers
