How to handle property dealer who is creating issue in returning money

I have purchased 3BHK in Mohali. Total cost is 30 Lac. I have paid 1 lac as token money to property dealer and 5 lac more to beyana. But I met with builder now and he he said he got only 5 lac and dealer didn't give him initial 1 lac. Now I have applied rest 24 lack for loan which is approved by bank. But now builder told me to get 1 lac from dealer as he got only 5 lac. But dealer is creating issue. I have all the slips where I have paid 1 lac to dealer. What should I do now?
IF you have all the proofs regarding the transaction which took place between you and the said dealer, you can either lodge a complaint in the nearest police station, regarding dishonest misappropriation of money, also, you can send him a legal notice demanding the payment of the same, which if he denies/ignores, then you can file a civil suit for recovery in the jurisdictional civil court.

Dear friend, this is the case where you should approach the police and get the FIR registered against the accused dealer who is creating problem for you and has not conveyed the money received by him to the owner of the property. SO , please go ahead with the police complaint and you shall be given justice.
