How to claim medical expenses from other sharers in mothers property

My grandma has 3 sons including my father. She gave away all her properties from her to all 3 after getting just Rs 3000 from each 15 years before . It's just very little amount for her expenses and we spent around 5 lakhs till now for her medical expenses and other only by me and my family. I am able to manage since I am working but I don't think It is making sense when all are using her properties but we only spending the money. Please provide your suggestion on the same
Your Grandmother can claim maintenance from the rest of the earning family members. Hon'ble cort in Meharunnisa vs Syed Habeeb on 18 December, 2014 ruled that old age parents/grandparents can also claim maintenance under section 125 of CrPC. For that she will have to file a civil suit in the court seeking maintenance from other members of your family.
