How can I claim share in property received by husband in partition

I am a working woman, who looked after her dau and her hub since marriage. my hubby was non working, alchoholic, cheated me many times financially. he had a brain stroke 3 years back, where in i spent 3 lakhs for his hospitalization by taking loan from friends and my company.still i pay the loan for the same.His mother sold their native property and gave shares to her 3 sons (my hubb is a middle son).But out of that too he didnt gave me a penny nor he saved the same for his dau.After my mother-inlaws death,they sold her flat.The eldest son died before the deal went off. he didnt gv to us.

In case of the property received by your husband through partition, it will be regarded as the self acquired property of your husband and you cannot claim share in the property. 
But your husband is bound to maintain you and you can claim maintenance from your husband by filing a maintenance suit.
