Half property is in my name can brother ask for partition

i have a land on my fathers name and half share on my name and i am staying there from 15 years unfortunately my father died without partition with me and my brothers are asking for share how this partition will happen and will my brothers will get share in my property. and if this case goes in court we will have to vacant that place or can we stay there and fight
Your brother can file a partition suit against you only for your fathers’ share. All the first class legal heir would have share in your father’s property and can stay in the property and fight.
