23-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
My grand mother has expired and left a will in that she has clearly distribute the property among her 4 sons. but my grand father did two marriages, and property was on my real grandmother name. so in this case my grand father's first wife's son & their children has any legal right on my real grand mother's property.

If the property was solely on name of your grand mother then her step son will not be having right . But if the property is in the name of your grandfather the his son will be having right irrespective of the fact that whether they are born from first marriage or second marriage.
