Flat purchased by me in name sister in law can she claim right

A Owenership Flat purchased in 1885 In younger brother's wife name and total payment made by Elder Brothers personal bank a/c. All original document sigin by elder Brother.Elder brother was staying there for 31 year and he was paying all proerty and maintance of flat now all of sudden younger brother force fully enter in flat as elder brother and family out of station, What is legal status of elder brother.. Can he claim legaly. as all origal documents is with elder brother. By religion Hindu Jain.
Where the property is purchased by the elder brother in the name of younger brother’s wife, you need to prove in the court that the all the payments were made by the elder brother and the registration was only done in the name of younger brother’s wife, through documentary evidence such as bank transaction and any other proof available and claim for ownership in the property.
