File a case against my guardians who cheated & sold all my property

Hi, I lost my parents at the age of 8 yrs & was taken care by my dad's younger bro. I had lots of my ancestral property, when I came to the age of 18 yrs, they sold all of my property for crores saying that they would return it/save it in bank deposit. I believed them & signed on all the papers for selling. My uncle died 3 years back. Now I am 30 years & I was married at age of 27, since then I am asking for the amount but my aunt saying as my uncle have spent all the amount & they don't have any to give me. I am really feeling helpless & seeking your guidance to get my money back. Please help
I would advise you to seek legal counsel at the earliest as there is a Statute of Limitation in such matters. After a certain amount of time has lapsed, you will not be able to stake your claim to the property.
