Father not giving share in property

We are living in chennai. and our family a joint family. My father was a daily wages guy. we build our family almost from nowar to now good position. On that time my father was dependent with their sons earnings. But now the situvation is upper hand. My father has four children. 3 son's and one daughter. My last brother wants to swollow the property with the help of my father. so he did very very bad advise to father, now we are in the deep trable. my father don't want US (my mother, my elder brother and myself) he is trying to push us from the property. he done some crimenal war on my mother

As the property is ancestral property, you all have equal rights. If you doubt that your father may alienate the property in favour of your brother, you can seek court directions in this regard.
Your mother can lodge a criminal complaint against him for domestic violence. She cannot be simply thrown out of her matrimonial home, she can seek proper accommodation as her right.

How do yo think that you can have a claim for a share in the property if the property was your father's self acquired property?
What is that your father doing to you or to your mother and elder brother?
If your mother is being tortured by your father, she can very well file a domestic violence case against him and seek the relief of residence, protection, maintenance etc from your father.
If your younger brother is harassing you or trying to assault you, then you can lodge a criminal complaint against him in the police station.
There are lot of advises that can be rendered provided you make it clear that what you want and what are the details.
