Father bought house uncle also staying but now asking money to leave

My father purchased a house on his own name. There is power of attorney of house. My uncle also live with us with his family. Now my uncle also purchased a house and now for leaving house they demand money. I want to know that can my uncle claim on my fathers property, how my uncle leave my house,and also can we sell house without any problem, Kindly help. Thankyou
Where the house is bought by your father and registered in your fathers name, he is the complete owner of the house and nobody can claim share in the property. He can sell or transfer the property in the manner he wishes to. He is the absolute owner of the house and his brother cannot claim share in the property.
