I want to send a legal notice to the builder because there is a delay of possession of my flat. I purchased a flat in Jaypee WishTown, Noida and the possession has not been granted yet.
Sending a legal notice is the most crucial step if your builder has delayed in giving you the possession. Instead of sending a notice on your own, you must consult a lawyer who will ensure that the possession is granted at the earliest. Merely sending the notice does not help the case, in most situations, a legal notice has to be followed with a complaint and hence it best to consult a lawyer at the very step. Courts are extremely sensitive if there is any delay by the builder and award a huge compensation along with interest in such matters.
