Does bhabhi have share in brother's property?If he gives it away then?

My brother is married for 9 years. Now the sister in law is planning to file for divorce and is after money. There was a self made house by father which was transferred to our brother through a registered sale deed. Can she claim part of that property? If brother through gift deed pass the property to parents can sister in law also file for share in that?
no one can decline her right in her husbands property.
Making a gift deed would complicate the entire process for divorce as a malafied intentions becomes very clear after the said act. Kindly refer section 2(d) of Domestic Violence Act.
