Distribution of wealth after mother's death

Sir, My mother had her engin business in mumbai. My bro was alcoholic.So she had removed him from business before 31 march 2010. My self and my sister where partner with her.I was helping her with her in business from 1993.On my mother's demise on 18 th july 2010, I transfer her25% percentage in me and my sister's name. And distributed her capital in business/cash in hand/F D's with nomination in all 3 siblings. Fixed deposits with me in joint name E or S I transferred on my name. She gifted her own purchased flat in 2008,to me,by paying stamp duty and registration money. Pl let me know
