Daughter's rights in father property

sir, i am a hindu by religion and live with my husband & a child 4 years old ,my brother going to promote with local promoter on my father's property and did not asked me for this. he said that i have no any legal rights on this property as Supreme Court gave decision that daughters whose father died before 2005 cannot have legal right in ancestor property.Is it True? if True then what we do if my brother and his wife forcefully tried to through out me from my father property. please advice me

According to recent Supreme Court Judgment, if father died before 2005 the daughters will have no share in the self acquired property of the father. In case of an ancestral property, daughters will have share in the property and you can claim for your share.
