Culprits trying to doing unauthorised Occupancy can we file complaint

Dear Sir, The defendant filled two affidavits: 1. In their first Affidavit, " They commit that they got the space in GIFT(daan) after which we asked them for the legal papers of the ownership and the gift deed. 2. in their second affidavit when the case is in the witness process after stay they again filled an affidavit on behalf of third party that they are only guarding the space and the third party should be the defendant of this case, which rejected by the court. So I want to ask you can we lodge a Crminal Offense against them on this behalf, If yes under which section?
