Court sent notice after 3 years of case settlement what can be done

I had court order in favour of me before 3 years.but now I get notice from court mentioning my opponent mentally disorder that time when the order was out... Previous 2 year I sold the part of property somewhere...So what should I do...
you have not mentioned about the clear order order not seen, based upon your words, if u have order in ur favour, and no appeal preferred then the order reached its finality and is binding to u and ur opposite party, so no need to worry

Sir, I understood from ur queries that the final order in ur favour has been passed 3 years back. Now u have received summons from the court on basis of some of the steps taken by the opponent. It's d thing to consider whether this an appeal or not. Secondly before taking any legal suggestions plz. Go through the summons and the relevant applications filed by the opponent. Then share it and only then proper suggestions can b made.
