Constructed home on a disputed land, please advise

sir i want enquire for a land case sir i constructed a home on a rural area banjar or grassland sir during land partition the portion of land on which we construct a home is goes into my grandfather brother sir our case is runing in state court sir i want to know is there any danger to home or what will be court order in this case
Dear , you should challenge the mode of partition as first condition of the partition is to divide/partition the joint property by considering the posession of all parties. so if you have built house before the partition the portion of land of house will be come in your share considering the quality of the share coming in your side.
