Company acquired land promised to give job still not received any job

Our Land is purchased by MRPL and OMPL company in Mangalore . The company is not given job to all the land looser . Their policy is -One House number One Job. If In a One House number , two different family member is living then Second House member What to do? Whether he can fight for his job ? Please give me some legal expert who fight for me and help me to getting job in OMPL company. I do not have money to buy big legal expert. But after successful I will pay if I get job in this company
It completely depends upon the agreement of sale on what conditions the sale was executed. If in the sale agreement it was mentioned that one job for every house then they will only be bound to give one job for every plot of land they purchased. They will not be bound to give job where more than one family stays on that particular land.
