Clarification on partition of father's property between sons

My brother had divided my fathers property keeping ground floor of my fathers shop and he had given me 1st floor without mentioning the owner ship of land belonging the shop and 1st floor.In this case can I have a right to claim ownership of land for some portion at least.I belongs to Hindu family.
You can file a suit for partition and mense-profit involving all movable and immovable property of your father. You have the right to claim your share in the said property of your Father if he is deceased and if he is still alive then, it may be divided according to the will or by default partition.
