Can We Put Writ Petition On Govt. For Contempt Of SC Court Judgement ?

Sir 1.5 Years Ago The SC Judgement Was Made Favouring Our Side For The Private Forest Case, As We Were The Intervenor For 1 Of Its Main Petitioner & In The Judgement It Was Also Mention That For Case No......Intervention Stand Allows. But Still They Have Not Implemented The Sc Judge'T, As We Had Made Several Application With All The Relevant Document But Still They R Not Interest To Implement It, Now We Came To Know That They Have Asked Opinion Of Attorney General Of High Court,Thus I Would Like Know That Does We Can File Writ Petition Against It & Shall We Ask For Compensation For Delay

You may file a contempt petition if the order of the Supreme Court is being willfully disobeyed. Whether contepmt can be made out can only be determined after perusing the judgment and taking into account the complete facts of the case.

However, if you feel that there is an inordinate and unjustified dealy in implementing the judgment, you may approach the courts with a contempt petition. Further, you may also file a writ of mandamus to compel the authorites to adhere to the directions of the Supreme Court.
