Can son claim right in ancestral property is father has Willed

Dear madam my father acquires few properties given to him by my grandfather and the sole owner and 1st ansentral is my grandfather.now my father does nt wish give it to me as he was a govt teacher at the time my granfather did business and puchased but some how my father got will of properties to his name n few directly one.i need to know am i legally rightful to claim the property or not,.apart from that my son is16 years old and is 4th ancenteral1 grandfather2myfather who grabbed 3me struggling to get 4th is my son if iam 3rd n am i rightful legally to claim property given by my grandfather to my father and or my son is legally rightful of the propeties of his greatgrandfather.kindly help me to all the possibilities to get proerties of my grandfather legally eigher i am legal contnder or is my son is legally rightful to acqire the property and yes and than what age.kindly also let me know the time period it will take for proceeding to get property.

Inheritance is governed according to personal laws so it needs to be seen whether you are a Hindu or a Muslim or likewise.
Considering you to be a Hindu for instance it could be said that YES you have a share in the ancestral property. Although many things still need to be taken into consideration before deciding whether you can take a stay on it or not.
