Can son ask for his share in father's self acquired property

We are 3children to our parents(1 boy,2girls).my brother didn't continue studies. Did lot of businesses and spoiled 2/3rd of dad property.we 2 sisters are married and he married to a girl who is already married and 1 son with 1st husband. They didn't accept their marriage, butstill he brings her home sometimes, and tells I will die if they wont allow her. He is not doing any job , Still my parents give monthly some money to him. He asks dad to give his share of property so that he can do business. Can he or his wife can claim for share? We r hindus
