Can my mother gift my father's property to me in muslim law

Can my mother gift me property .it is in the name of my father and propertt is of SRA scheme mhada flat.i have brother and sister.i am muslim. Is it possible ?
If your father is alive then he is the absolute owner of the property. If your father is no more than once the gift deed was executed and it can't be cancelled and your mother would be the absolute owner of the property so she can gift the property to anybody she wants and other have no right to question it. The gift can be seaside only when it was executed by fraud or coercion or undue influence.
