Can my brother claim share in a self acquired property

Bought property under my name and mother secondary. Property has loan under my name. My mother help me for down payment of property approx 70% from that he is getting yearly rent from last five years (approx 80% covered from down payment). Now at the time of property divide is my mother has rights to divide that property also within me and my brother. Property still in loan which 50% amount still pending. Ques1. is my brother, mother has rights in my property if yes, then can ask him for loan amount divide which i am paying from last 5 years.
