Can I give POA to sign re-development agreement

19-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Co.op Hsg Society member sign development agreement. But due to health issues member cannot go personally to sign supplementary agreement. Power of Attorney can not be taken because it can not be registered as the member can not go to Register the document personally. Give me alternative solution to avoid any arbitration in future. To notorise the document is not worth as the case is of redevelopment of society.

Yes, you can issue a registered POA in favor of a person to act on behalf of you and sign all the redevelopment agreements on behalf of you.
