Hello
Sir u have to apply for probate of will in the district court where as there is no time limit for execution of will but here as the time gap is 40years first you have to check that in whose possession that property is secondly wheter the legal heirs of lajwanti is in possession or they have also sold te property . You also have to clear whether the legal heir of lajwanti get that property by way of suit of declaration in the court.
