Can i challenge if the ancestral property is not divided equally.

Dear Sir, the ancestral property of my family was divided between my father and 3 uncles on plain paper and it was also not equally divided. Is it legally valid and can a family property divided by court ?? An urban property of my family is undivided and my uncles are not willing to divide it, can I challenge it in court ??? plz advice.
Dear Sir, before going to file the partition suit, you have to issued a legal notice for partition of the your ancestral property against your brother, if your brother not complied the same, you have to file partition suit before the jurisdictional civil court by collecting all the relevant documents of the ancestral property of yours.
