Can grand daughter claim inheritence

Can the greatgranddaughter claim for equal share at par with her brother's,as it is now by sold away by the brother and his sons. The land was alloted to great grandmother , as she was a SC.Great grandmother had made a discriminatory will then. Can the will be challenged and can the grandaughter claim inheritance?
Yes the said will can be challenged provided that if the father of the daughter is alive after After 20th December, 2004. or the partition of the said property was not done till the aforementioned date. As per the 2005 amendment of Hindu Succession Act, every women has a right inherit the property at par with her brothers.
