Can gift deed be cancelled if once made by other person

A gift deed of house made by my father to his son. Mother wants the gift deed back to her since son n daughter in law r not taking care since father expired. Can she do that?
Registered Gift Once executed Can not be Cancelled by other Party. Person who has Executed gift deed can however Approach Civil Court for Cancellation of Gift Deed alleging Fraud , Misrepresentation , undue Influence etc.

A Gift Deed is a legal document that describes voluntary transfer of gift from donor (owner of property) to donee (receiver of gift) without any exchange of money.
