Can a married daughter claim a share in fathers property

29-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
Iam married. My husband, his sister, mother and father..totally they are four in the family.Recently my husband's sister (ABC) along with her husband (XYZ) came and did non-sense to my father in law and mother in law.Sinec from the day they got married they are demanding for money. Tey have abused my father in law several times. They abused him for not giving money for what they wanted. Indeed they demanded dowry. And now ABC is demanding share in the property. My father in law is not willing to give to her as they have abused him several times and never took care him off.He wanted to give the property to his son.So in this case, will she get the share in the property if she files a case when her father is not willing to write to her.

First you clear that the property is his self acquired or ancestral. If it is his self acquired, she has no right over the property till his lifetime. You father in law only having rights in his lifetime. No other even his son or daughter can demand him to give any share in that property.
