Buyer not paying and wants part possession before further payment

Buyer after paying initial money is not paying further. He wants that we hand over some possession of property before further payment. As per aggmt no condition of part possession. Will it be safe to hand over part possession to get further payments .what will be safe guard
Give him a legal notice to comply with his part of the agreement. It is necessary to give legal notice otherwise the buyer may go to court and you may be in legsl issue thereafter. The terms and conditions of the agreement have to seen in this regard.
