My friend is suffering from cancer. His property dispute is going on. His brother's have filed a case on him for partition purpose. He needs money for his treatment. The case is going on for a year now. Can he ask the court for interim relief to get his cancer treatment done?
No, your friend cannot ask any such relief from the court.
It is suggested that he should contact NGO who are working for cancer patients who may try to help him for treatment.
